BIO

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sue brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion to every class she teaches. Two years ago, she discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with its focus on controlled movement, breath, and deep core engagement. Since then, she’s been inspiring others to move with strength, intention, and awareness.

Sue’s classes are dynamic and energising — designed to challenge the body while supporting correct technique and alignment. She loves delivering workouts that leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished, with a strong emphasis on breathwork and muscle activation to maximise results and reduce injury.

Outside the studio, Sue finds her balance in nature. Whether it’s a peaceful beach walk or a bush hike through the trees, she believes movement and fresh air are essential to living a vibrant, healthy life.

With Sue, you can expect a motivating and supportive environment where you’ll be guided to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and build lasting strength from the inside out.
