Courtney is a soulful and grounded teacher who brings a deeply embodied approach to everything she shares — blending yoga, sound healing, and strength-based movement to create a practice that is both powerful and deeply restorative.

With a background in Youth Work and years of experience supporting individuals and families through Child Protection and Family & Domestic Violence services, Courtney’s approach to teaching is trauma-aware, heart-led, and rooted in compassion. Her journey through these fields inspired her passion for holistic wellbeing — guiding others not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.

In her classes, Courtney’s intention is simple but profound: to guide you out of your mind and into your body. You can expect more than just movement — she creates immersive, grounding experiences that connect breath, body, and spirit. Through mindful flow, conscious breathwork, and the vibrational healing of sound, her sessions offer a sanctuary to reset, reconnect, and remember your inner strength.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll likely find Courtney outdoors — exploring nature, camping under the stars, four-wheel driving, or hiking through wild landscapes. A free spirit at heart, she believes that adventure and movement — both inward and outward — are essential to a well-lived life.
