Hannah’s journey into yoga began not just as a form of movement, but as a profound path toward inner peace. For the first time in her life, she experienced a deep sense of calm, clarity, and connection through her practice — a transformation that inspired her to dive even deeper.

Motivated by this awakening, Hannah set off on a life-changing adventure to Bali and Thailand, immersing herself in the rich traditions and spiritual depth of yoga. Over the course of six months, she lived, breathed, and studied the practice in its most authentic form, eventually completing her Yoga Teacher Training in this sacred part of the world.

Now back home in Perth, Hannah weaves her experiences and training into each class she leads. Her teaching style is soulful and fluid — blending breath-led movement with spiritual insight, gentle energy work, and an intuitive sense of flow. She holds space for students to move beyond the physical postures and explore yoga as a deeper journey of self-awareness, healing, and connection.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, Hannah offers a nurturing environment where you can feel held, inspired, and more connected to your own inner peace.
