Through injuries, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the many busy seasons of life, Pilates has been her constant — a space to build strength, find balance, and carve out much-needed “me time.” Now, she’s thrilled to share that passion with others and help you feel just as empowered through movement.
Kate’s classes are all about creating a positive, welcoming space where you can challenge yourself, tune in to your body, and leave feeling stronger, more centred, and just a little bit sweaty. With a focus on functional movement, core stability, and joyful energy, her sessions are designed to meet you where you are — no pressure, just progress.
Outside the studio, Kate is a busy mum to three little ones, often found baking snacks, navigating the joyful chaos of motherhood, and sneaking in moments of calm whenever she can. Her real-life approach makes her teaching feel grounded, relatable, and full of heart.
