BIO

Leilane has always found joy and stress relief through movement. With a strong passion for fitness and a love for helping others feel their best, she has spent years leading high-energy group classes including HIIT, cycle, ABT, boxing, and Tabata. Her vibrant energy, motivation, and commitment to movement made her a natural leader in the fitness space.

In 2023, Leilane took her passion to a new level, beginning her Pilates journey and completing her formal certification in early 2024. What started as curiosity quickly became a deep appreciation for the power of Pilates — not just in building strength and mobility, but in reshaping her connection with her own body.

Now teaching both mat and reformer Pilates, Leilane blends her dynamic fitness background with a fresh, mindful approach to movement. Her classes are energising, purposeful, and grounded in correct technique, with a strong focus on breath, body awareness, and building long-term strength and stability.

Leilane is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of Pilates for themselves — whether you’re looking to enhance your athletic performance, improve posture, or simply feel stronger and more centred in your daily life.
