Mel’s journey with yoga began in childhood, attending classes with her mum — a beautiful introduction that planted the seeds of presence, movement, and curiosity. With a background in dance and performance, she’s always felt at home in her body, and yoga naturally evolved into a deeper practice as she explored the world as an adult.

During the quiet of the COVID years, Mel completed her teacher training and began offering classes outside, under open skies and on the earth. It was here that her love for yoga truly rooted — blending breath, movement, and nature into one interconnected experience. With a deep respect for the Earth and a passion for environmental sustainability, Mel views yoga as a way to honour both our inner and outer worlds.

Her classes are gentle, grounding, and creatively sequenced — designed to help you return to your body, slow down, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature and self. Whether you’re flowing under the sun or resting in stillness, Mel holds space for you to explore your practice with authenticity, softness, and intention.

A free spirit at heart, Mel finds joy in traveling, discovering new cultures, and bringing her practice wherever she goes — always seeking new ways to connect, move, and grow.
