Valentina is a yoga teacher and lifelong student, devoted to the transformative power of breath, movement, and presence. Her path is one of continual exploration — of body, mind, and spirit — and she brings this sense of curiosity and reverence into every class she leads.

Through both dynamic vinyasa and deep, soulful yin, Valentina’s teaching invites you to return to yourself. Her classes are a space to slow down, to feel deeply, and to move in a way that honours the body you’re in today. Rooted in connection, grounding, and conscious flow, each practice is an opportunity to tune in, release what no longer serves, and create space — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.
