Yasmeen’s journey into yoga began over a decade ago in a tiny, steamy hot yoga studio with just six mats and one spare spot—right at the front. She had no idea what she was doing, but the experience was powerful, humbling, and left her with a feeling she couldn’t shake. From that moment on, she was hooked—not just on the physical practice, but on the way yoga made her feel: calm, connected, and alive.

Her love for yoga has since taken her across Australia, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia, where she completed a 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her knowledge and refining her practice. These diverse experiences have shaped her teaching into one that is nurturing, inclusive, and grounded in presence.

In every class, Yasmeen aims to create the same safe, encouraging space she found in that first class—one where students can move without judgment, breathe deeply, and feel supported in their own journey. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your practice, Yasmeen’s warm and steady guidance invites you to explore yoga as a tool for both transformation and self-compassion.
